Turbud ?

Assalamu'alaikum...

Hi guys !!! Now I want to tell you about my Turbud !!!

wait,,,, I didn't participate in Turbud.

So, Turbud or Tur Budaya or Cultural Tour is an annual activitiy in SMAN 3 Bandung for the second-year student only. And this year (or every year) Turbud was held in BALI !!!!

As I say in the beginning, I didn't participate in Turbud. WHY ? Because my sister was getting married on the same day as Turbud. So, I can't joined the Turbud. I didn't regret with didn't follow the Turbud, because I'm very sure that God has a good plan for me altough I can't go to Bali. And like what Miguel-from-Coco said "There's nothing more important than family".

Honestly, I don't know what should I type now... So, maybe I will share briefly about my sister wedding. After Shubuh, my mom, my sister, my aunt and me were going to the reception building to be dressed first, make up and anything else. At 08.00 the groom came to the building. Not long after that akad was held. I was cried at the moment. It  was a bit embarassing, several times I went to the bathroom.

As another wedding, after the akad, followed by the reception. Several times the mc misstated words, and it made me lauging so hard. At the reception, I really love the songs sung at the reception. Time flies, at 14.00 the reception over, my sister and her husband went to Hotel, and my family went back home.

I think, that's all from me. I'm afraid that if it's too long it will be boring and increasingly unclear.
Hope you can take a lesson from my story...
Thank You...

Bakdes !!! (amazing experience)

Assalamu'alaikum...

Hi guys ! Now I want to tell you about one of many annual activities in SMAN 3 Bandung, Bakdes.

First, I want to apologize because I just got a chance to write this now. I know it's too late, but hope you enjoy and can take a lessons from my experience.

So, Bakdes or Bakti Desa is an annual activity in SMAN 3 Bandung for the second-year students only. We go to a village for a few days, mingle with the villagers and help their activities. This year, Bakdes was held in Cibeureum village, Bandung on 3rd until 5th of January 2019.

In the beginning, I feel so lazy to join this activitiy, because honestly I am a home-based child. But because this is a school activity that must be followed. I can't do anything else. So I think this activity won't be that bad, I'm very sure this would be very fun. I can imagine, go to a village, fresh, green, cold, chatting with my foster parents, helping their activities, playing with their children, and many more.
.
.
.
But, not. There are many problems in my Bakdes (T_T).

I don't know why. My bakdes group that should have 3 members, suddenly had to be joined by other groups. Hasn't stopped there, my double-group was combined in one house without foster parents in our house. There are some reasons why it happened, such as my foster mom has to accompany her mother at her mother's house, my foster father will always back home late nights, so he doesn't want to distrub us, so he doesn't live in our house, etc. I'm very disappointed at that time.

But I think I can't just grumble with my condition, I want to have fun there. So, I spent a lot of my time with my other friends outside my house, with them I can interact with the villagers, and hang out to many places there. Here's some of my photos.

Yes, I met many children there. They're very kind and friendly. Even now I still have their contacs.

At that time I was very comfortable with the situation. Until...(in fact my foster mom said that I should not tell about this to anyone). In the third day, maybe at 05.00 morning, my foster mom came to our house, and accidental I was there. She cried (T_T). I don't know why and what should I do. Then she tells me that, my some friends in my double-group, slept in another house, therefore, some villagers were talking about my foster mom, of course she was embrassed, then she told me to immediately call them. Not long after that, the problem ended.

So yeah, that was my experience during Bakdes, I'm feel so happy. Adapted with another atmosphere, new place, new condition. I'm sure this experience will never be forgotten.

I think this post instead become my diary, I'm so sorry.
Without reducing my respect for my friends.

Special Thanks for :

Natural Phenomenon

Salar de Uyuni

Salar de Uyuni or Salar de Tunupa is the largest mirror in the world. It more often called Salar de Uyuni than Salar de Tunupa. Salar means salt in Spanish, and Uyuni means pen or flats in Aymara language. Uyuni is also the name of the city where the tourists stop before go to this place.
Salar de Uyuni is located in Daniel Campos Province in Potosí in southwest Bolivia, near the crest of Andes. It is at an altitude of 3.656 meters above sea level.

This 10.000 kilometers flat is a salt flats. The largest salt flats in the world. About 40,000 years ago, this place was part of Lake Minchin, a large lake in prehistoric times. When it dries, there are 2 lakes left, and 2 large salt flats, Salar de Coipasa and Salar de Uyuni.

In the rainy season (November-March), a layer of rainwater creates a mirror-like surface as smooth as glass. In the dry season (May-Oktober), its geometric salt patterns imprint the earth, seemingly stretching beyond the horizon. In wet season, three of the world’s six species of flamingo can be found here: the Chilean, Andean and the James’ Flamingo.

In the beginning, I said that Salar de Uyuni also called Salar de Tunupa, but people more often called it Salar de Uyuni. It’s because in the Aymura Legend. Long time ago, the three mountains that now surround this place, Tunupa, Kusku, and Kusina, is a giant. Tunupa and Kusina are women, and Kusku is a man. Then, Tunupa was marriage with Kusku. But Kusku run away with Kusina. Tunupa cried while nursing her child. Then the tears and breast milk of Tunupa fell to the earth, mixed together and formed a salt flat. Because of the respect of the local residents for Tunupa, they preferred to call the salt flat Salar de Uyuni rather than Salar de Tunupa.

Recommendation Letter

To : Institut Teknologi Bandung School of Architecture, Planing and Policy Development.

I am writing a letter on behalf of Karin Hanasyanila Salma, an 11th grade student from SMAN 3 Bandung, who very intrested and passionate in Architecture Program. I have known her since July 2017. I have had the pleasure of supervising her as her craft and entrepreneurship teacher. In my class, I can see that Karin was very good in perspective drawings. She also like designing things whether like a logo or room or even buliding.

Karin is now 16 years old. She is the second child of 3 siblings. Her father's job is designing the interior of a room. So Karin has been learn many things from her father's job.

Karin is an easy going person. I can see by her activity at school, joining many extracurricular, and very active in Angklung. Active in angklung means she will be focus in playing angklung. From this, I can see that Karin is very focus when doing a job, this is certainly very needed in Architecture program.

Besides that, Karin is a person who always self reflect, humorous, and considerate by her own way.

She has told me that she want to continue her study in architecture Program in ITB, because she want to build things that will be useful for others or even give a home for those in need. Other than that, she want to make her parents proud. She really want to be a successful Architect.

Hope all her dreams come true.

MY DREAM

Assalamu'alaikum
Hi !
Welcome to my blog !
Today I want to tell you about my dream in the future...

Since my childhood, If someone ask my dream job, I always say that I want to be a doctor, because he helps many people. Time flies, I change my mind, maybe in the 8 grade, I change my dream job, why ? because I'm scare when I see blood,  I'm too scare about that things. So I decided to be like my brother, an Engineer. why ? Because I can see my brother is a success person. He often go to many place in Indonesia and others country. Yep, I want to be like him. And because I want to be like him, so I have to learn in place and faculty my brother learn, FTMD ITB.

But my problem is, I'm not excited much to learn about Engine. I just dream the job, not the study. And many people said that I have to choose faculty that I like, not because the job opportunity from that faculty. So it's make me confused, I know that God has plan for everyone's successfull. I mean money can come not just from be an Engineer.

Beside that, I also dream to make a restaurant or cafe, because I like cooking. I dream that I will have a restaurant like in the film Rattatouille. The restaurant was very luxirous.

And then, when I am in Elementary School until 7 grade, I want to be a clothes designer. I have ever thought of being a teacher and painter also.

And Now, I just pray to God, because I trust that God has the best plan for me in the future.

My strength is ambisius, I think.

My weakness is :
easy to get panic
scary to many things
introvert
not confident
not easy going, I better stay at home

I think that's all for me in this post. Hope you like it.
Thank You
